Crasner Capital Attracts Seasoned Bulge Bracket Banker from Morgan Stanley

Crasner Capital has attracted top M&A investment banker, Christophe Michotte, from Morgan Stanley. During his time at Morgan Stanley, Christophe has worked in the M&A Benelux coverage team. He joins Crasner Capital as a seasoned deal maker, having worked previously for Merrill Lynch. Christophe will become a Vice-President where he will mainly focus on M&A transaction execution in the Sub-Saharan Africa and LatAm region.

During his time at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, Christophe worked on very high profile transactions within the energy, chemicals and consumer space. Examples are the proposed acquisition of TNT Express by UPS for € 5.2Bn in 2012 and the sale of Taminco to Apollo Global Management for € 1.1Bn in 2011.
